COSLA's staff is led by its Chief Executive, Jane O'Donnell, supported by a Director for Integration and Development, James Fowlie, Director of People Policy, Nicola Dickie and Director of Membership and Resources, Sarah Watters.

Each of our teams is led by a Chief Officer. Collectively, they support COSLA's Spokespeople and Presidential Team, and COSLA's decision making structures.

Although each team has its own areas of responsibility, they also work together closely on key priorities. Teams also work routinely with a wide range of others, including professional associations, the third sector, trade unions, and with councils themselves.
